About me
Motivated by a desire to bring exceptional healthcare to all, the aim of my practice is to support individuals in safely reaching their health-related goals. I practice evidence-based, patient-centered, LGBTQIA+ inclusive healthcare for people of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, sizes, and abilities. In addition to specializing in trans healthcare and other hormonal conditions (such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, PCOS), I provide integrative primary care services by collaborating with each individual through a trauma-informed lens. I am a Yale University-trained and board-certified Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner.
Education:
- Yale University School of Nursing 2012 Masters of Science, Adult and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Specialities: Diabetes and Transgender hormone therapy.
- Connecticut College 2005, Bachelor of the Arts, Major: Environmental Studies, Minor: Psychology. 
Board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
