About me

As a physician, my philosophy is to enter into a collaborative and non-judgmental space with my patients, respecting both their health history and the journey ahead. I chose to study Naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine because of each philosophy’s emphasis on honoring the patient’s individual experience and innate ability to heal, as well as the integrated approach to body, mind, and spirit. I strive to consider all these levels as an ally in your health journey. My patients can expect to discuss a diverse range of treatment options, including pharmaceuticals, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Western botanical medicine, and lifestyle changes.

While I offer various treatment options including pharmaceuticals, I am particularly passionate about Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Through both personal and clinical experience, I have witnessed the efficacy of these time-honored therapies, and have found that they often swiftly alleviate even the most chronic or mysterious symptoms.

Graduate of the National University of Natural medicine with the distinction of obtaining dual qualifications as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (MAcCHM).
