About me

As a physician, my philosophy is to enter into a collaborative and non-judgmental space with my patients, respecting both their health history and their autonomy in making educated decisions around their health. My patients can expect to discuss a diverse range of treatment options, including conventional standard-of-care, pharmaceuticals, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Western botanical medicine, and lifestyle changes.

I am particularly passionate about Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, and often integrate these modalities in with my primary care practice. I also have a special interest in pain management and offer additional modalities including regenerative joint injections (prolotherapy), dry needling, manual therapy, perineural injection therapy, neural therapy, and trigger point injections.

Graduate of the National University of Natural medicine with the distinction of obtaining dual qualifications as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (MAcCHM).
